Tom Misczuk
Tom Misczuk died July 27, 2004. He was 48. Below is his bio.

In December 2004, The Associated Press commemorated Tom's contributions to Connecticut news. He won two AP awards. The first, "Best General News Story" with Photographer John Krebs and "Best News Videography" with Chief Photojournalist Mike Piskorski.

Tom Misczuk joined the Fox 61 news team in September, 1993, and "loved every minute of it." Before Fox 61, Tom worked as a general assignment reporter for WVNY-TV, in Burlington, VT; WTZA in Kingston, NY; and News 12 in Norwalk, CT.

Tom won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Investigative Reporting, as well as a New York Film Festival Award for documentary reporting and producing. He has also received several other Emmy nominations, and various other awards for everything from features to investigative reports.

Tom was married to Judi for 16-years, and had three children: Michael, Catherine and Will.
