Flamig Farm
Live the Simple Life

August 18, 2004

Simsbury — Welcome to Flamig Farm...where the logo is quirky and the community is diverse! Owner Nevin Christensen's grandparents bought the property in 1907. Through the years, the farm has evolved. Now, it is an animal kingdom complete with pigs, cows, horses, donkeys and chickens. These "usual suspects" are joined by more exotic neighbors, like emus, llamas and peacocks.

A summer camp allows children to really roll up their sleeves and experience life on a farm, as they clean stables and swim in the creek. Don't worry, daily visitors don't miss out on the fun! Pony and hay rides are hugely popular activities! So, walk the walk and talk the talk! Experience the simple life in Simsbury!
