Man Wounded In Hartford Shooting

An 18-year-old man was shot in the foot on Barbour Street in Hartford late Wednesday, police said.
Two men approached the victim around 10 p.m. as he walked along the street. One of them pulled out a gun and started shooting, police said.
The suspects ran away, leaving the victim with a wounded foot, police said. The 18-year-old was treated at Hartford Hospital, police said. Officers did not locate evidence of a shooting, police said.
