Granby Memorial Middle School
Evaluations for 2002-2003

Date:7/10/03
School: Granby Memorial Middle School
Town: Granby
Slug: "Granby Ambulance Association"
Status: Broadcast (L)
Length: :50

DELIVERY: Good delivery on your voice over. Creative ending stand-up.

INTERVIEWS: Good choices. Your first interview would be better placed within your story and not as an opening sequence.

ORIGINALITY: Good community story

WRITING: Good job writing into your sound bite and covering the facts of your story.

VIDEO: Good selection of images. Be sure to get plenty of medium and close-up images. The close-ups will help in your editing and with the pacing.

AUDIO: Good job getting clear sound bites from your interviews. Suggestion: natural sound is needed under your voice-over to support the action that is taking place in the images.

EDITING: See video, audio and overall.

OVERALL: Try not to start your story with the interview as your beginning pad. Put the sound bites with in your story. Begin with video and voice-over.
