DELIVERY: Your delivery is a little fast. Try smiling while recording your voice-over, this will add energy without adding speed.

INTERVIEWS: Please introduce each interviewee in your script. Suggestion: someone from the New England Assoc. of Schools and/or the Board of Education for Bethel.

ORIGINALITY: Good

WRITING: Be very careful not to editorialize in your stories. As a reporter you must be neutral in your story, you can't "wonder" about an issue. Both sides of the issue should be told by the interviews you obtain.

VIDEO: Please use your tripod at all times. Also, please don't zoom, tilt or pan your shots. This can make the viewer motion sick. News is a straight story telling technique and as such the images should reflect this.

AUDIO: Good

EDITING: Good job putting your elements together.

OVERALL: You will need to re-work you script to be unbiased in delivering your story. Thanks. On a side note: we loved the DVD submission, this made the quality of your images and sound 100% above a VHS. Thanks for the extra step!
